Your attorney is correct, you will have to file 140 ammendment. Filing 140 ammendment does not affect 485's 180 days count.

Since you have been given stock, I am assuming that your company is an incorporated company. That means your liability is strictly limited to the amount of money that you invested in buying the stock as long you don't do any fraud.

What is the process for licensure to be a nurse in USA-for a person who has done GNM or BSC nursing in India.
Does it make a difference if one has done a GNM or BSc nursing from India, any advantage of one over the other?

This is what I think:
Report your address moving even within same comunity/zip if you have not done already ASAP.
If the address in Oregon is going to remain your permanent address then you do not need to report your stay in CA.

Did company B file the ammended 140 with immigration,if yes what happened to it.You could upgrade ths to premium processing and get an answer in 15 days.If approved I feel you would be safe.
