I am currently working for Company A which sponsors my H1B. I wonder if I can work for another company on a part time basis. What's the requirement for concurrent H1B filing? And does concurrent H1B filing requires a new H1B application against the quota? Please provide guidance.
YOu can get second H1 for part-time. Ensure that the hours are correctly represented. New h1B will not be against quota. Review the I-129 application form. You will realize under what circumstances will you come under quota.

I don't have very many interesting subjects from my D70 test. Here's the only other one that has the slightest worth showing, with a bit of post processing to improve the color balance (flash on the foreground made the white table behind look very yellow, and it's still not fixed to my satisfaction)...

I and my family have to travel to India urgently due to medical urgency. Our only AP document was taken last year and this year the renewal is not yet done. We are using our EAD status and H1 is expired and no longer available.
Is there a way I can get an emergency appt and a AP travel document. if yes, what do I need to do to get that.
If this question has been answered earlier, can someone point to the right source.

I never entered the US in the first place.
You can try to move existing visa to the new employer if it has not been revoked by the employer. If you are not working for them...they are supposed to revoke it.
The process for moving to a new employer with existing visa is almost the same as applying for a new one except that you are not subject to the annual cap of 65K
Considering that you have the old employer stamped on your visa...it will cause confusion at the airport or POE and they might send you back
Its better to file a new application since you are not in the US

H1, H4 (spouse) and H4 (kid) living happily.
File 485 and gets EAD/AP.
H1 doesn't use EAD.
H4 uses EAD and hence looses H4 status.
I-485 is denied.
Now, my understanding is that spouse has to go out of country and come back again on H4.
What about the kid?
When does the kid loose his/her H4 status? (When both mother and father use EAD)?

My husband has a unique experience with his I 485.My husband's employer filed I 131 ,I 485 for my husband and I 131,I 485 and I 765 for me on august 16.I recieved my receipts on october 16 and got my EAD approved on November 16. My husband didn't receive even receipt notices.
When he called UCSIS and checked on his status with level 2 officer, they told that they did not have any info on I485 but voided his I 131 application. He is planning on reapplying for I485.
Is there any downside of reapplying it as our priority date is september 2003(EB2).

Sorry folks, the question may have been asked before.
Does I-140 have to be approved before using AC21? In my case, I140 has been pending for 1 year now, but got EAD recently.
If I use AC21 to move to a new job in 6 months, can employer pull out the I-140 ?
Any workarounds?

As I said in the comments on the cropped version in your gallery, I think it's quite good. Six megapixels doesn't really seem like a lot when I see it on the screen, but the prints from these images (even cropped) are amazing!

I think the idea is that you can choose to make your designs in to actual shirts that you sell… but it's not required as part of the competition.
In the original t-shirt contest, people were required to put their designs on Cafepress so that people could actually buy the shirts (I have two of them). Kirupa took issue with that this time:
My main issue with t-shirt designs is that it requires having someone sign-up on cafepress to be able to add their design to a particular t-shirt.
So, this time, you aren't required to make your shirt purchasable. Hypothetically, you could put it up on Cafepress or another, similar site. I think it'd be cool if everyone did that, but I'm not running the show. :kommie:
I e-filed yesterday and the address came as USCIS Nebraska Service Center, as expected. My 485 is pending there and my previous EAD was also from NSC.
Where was your last EAD and 485 applied and processed at?

Has any one else experienced this? From the two posters above (which includes me) EAD and AP efiled applications went to National Benefits Center and generated the receipt numbers starting with MSC?
Please share your experience. Is there any thing to worry in this case?

I'm wondering if criminal charges that never lead to a conviction (3 charges in total) can cause a green card holder to get deported? Also, when a person applies to renew a green card after it expired will another FBI fingerprint check be done?
