well.. relatively.. you can
importing a swf into flash will appear like a simple frame by frame animation.. no actionscript or movie clips will be imported as such.. lol (hope you get the point)
but an animation made by swift doesn't have problems because there's no actionscript or movie clips involved.. so you can edit it.
but I'd use swft format if you have swift 3d v3.

I think this is good thing. This will definitely weed out the fraud cases and maybe free up some visa numbers. If your AC-21 portability is genuine you have nothing to fear. Let them investigate as much as they want.

I'm guessing you meant "insight" (understanding, revelation) not "oversight" (supervision, mistake)

As of now, my friend is getting trained by local institutes in other IT realted field and searching for job. If things go well he might get a project in a month or so.
Q.Till he gets a project what risk does he have to his status?
Q.If he gets a project will everything be ok?

2. As long as there is no investigation or in the GC process or next time stamping - if there is no RFE or the IO is not asking for the pay stub, W2 he is fine.
3. If they ask pay stub or tax statement while stamping or gc process he will be in trouble

Thanks for starting this thread. I have just sent all the four letters even though I am not planning to use the AC21. But I feel sorry for fellow EB's who got rejected because few IO did not know about the AC-21. I get really :mad: P***** O** to see that ppl who are playing by rule have to face hardship at freak'n every stage of GC.

My check bounced...I did not have enough money in my bank account. What to do? I am so confused.
I remember reading some where that they will try 2 to 3 times to get the check cashed so try put some money in the bank and keep ur fingures crossed.

Working full time on EAD with GC Employer (planning to port job and use AC21 as soon as there is any opportunity)
485 pending since more than 6 months

As long as you are working full time with your GC employer and in addition to this you are doing a part time job on 1099 , it will not effect your GC processing in any way.

There may be other avenues to get AP for a longer period. EAD nothing to do with your 485 processing. Without EAD you can get AP if 485 is pending.

Hi All,
My previous I-140 was denied due to the ability to pay issue since company was in loss and Idid not get prevailing wage since PD.I have appealed it hoping I can extend my h1 beyond 6th year.Is it true?
Also, Now we have pre approved labor with lower in same company where I can satisfy by showing W-2 to prove the ability to pay. Now If I am planning to apply another I-140 with labor sub,
would it matter to the new I-140 appllication if the previous I-140 was denied and is being currently appealed? Because in the I-140 form there is a question ,
"Has any Immigrant visa petition been filed by or on this person?"
Should I say "YES", Right? and also give the detail of previous filing????
Also How does USCIS verify the W2?BY contacting the IRS or ?
Please suggest?

My understanding is that state in which you work you need to pay the taxes for that state. And I believe sometime in GC interview they ask for tax papers , during that time it should not create problems.
When you are not staying in that state why do you need to pay the tax.

As MerciesOfInjustices said - thanks to the core team ! you guys are the best, I wish participants in future will refrain from using cell phones, if possible. Looks like it causes lot of static - either way the mute and un-mute option should resolve this.
